I have sold several homes in the past and found Shauna’s approach to be refreshing. There were a few small issues along the way, yet Shauna and her team were very creative in quickly finding resolution and kept the process moving forward. I felt completely informed while Shauna’s team handled it all in a professional and proficient manner. Their oversight was consistent throughout the process and I felt that they watched over my home as if it were their own.

A few short weeks later, I was sitting at my closing, 10 days prior to the original closing date. I couldn’t believe that it had been a seamless experience, resulting in the outcome that we had discussed on the first day that we met. The professionalism and competency of this team is second to none in my opinion, and I would absolutely recommend them to others. I would also use them again in the future should the need arise.

I have known Shauna for five years as an employer when I worked with Freedom Realty, and as a client when I dealt with my house purchase and refinancing, and as a friend.

My requirements were initially to sell the house because I was delinquent in my payments and foreclosure loomed on the horizon. Whilst Shauna took on the task of trying to sell the property, she was also constant in her endeavors to work with a selling price that was good for me, educate me in short sales and their benefits/costs, and continually encourage me to diligently pursue a loan modification application. As a result, I did secure a loan modification and am able to keep the property. But, despite not securing a commission on the work, it is only through her support, encouragement and continual positive efforts that this outcome was realized.
